This website
- We don't use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this site.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (like IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. These are not used to build a profile of you.
- If you contact us by phone, text, email, or a form, we keep what you send so we can reply and follow up.
- If you book an audit, the booking tool collects your name, contact details, and the time you pick.
Businesses we work with, and their customers
When we set up a tool for your business, it may handle information from your customers, such as names, phone numbers, messages, call recordings, or transcripts. Here is how we treat it:
- We only collect what the tool needs to do its job, and you approve what it asks for.
- We use it only to provide the service to you. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
- We use established vendors for phone, messaging, and AI services. For healthcare clients, we use vendors that sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), the contract HIPAA requires when a vendor handles patient information.
- We limit who can access it, and we delete it when you ask or when it's no longer needed.
- You own your business's data. If you stop working with us, we can export it to you and delete our copy.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
